Conditions for Pakistani Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and o999 ("o999", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering with, depositing into, or placing any bet on o999, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use o999. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. o999 recommends that all players read these Terms in full before placing their first bet or making their first deposit.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on o999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using o999.
• You must be registering from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any other person.
• You must not have been previously excluded from o999 or any affiliated platform voluntarily or by o999 decision.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. o999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

o999 uses automated and manual age and identity verification processes. Providing false information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance, including winnings, without appeal.

3 Account Management

Each player may hold only one active account on o999 at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. o999 employs technical detection measures to identify duplicate accounts.

Where duplicate accounts are detected, o999 will:

• Close all accounts associated with the same individual, retaining only the first registered account at o999's sole discretion;
• Void all bonuses and promotional credits across all duplicate accounts;
• Withhold any winnings generated on duplicate accounts pending investigation; and
• Reserve the right to permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your o999 login credentials. o999 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your credentials. Notify support@o999.click immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Account usernames may not be changed after registration. Requests to transfer account balances to another account will not be processed under any circumstances. Your o999 account is personal and non-transferable.

4 Deposits & Payments

o999 accepts deposits exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Deposits page of the Platform at the time of transaction. Current accepted methods for Pakistani players include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions on o999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Deposits are only accepted from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments from another person's Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account — are prohibited and will trigger a KYC review. o999 reserves the right to return funds and suspend the account pending investigation where a third-party deposit is suspected.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on o999 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. o999 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The following conditions must be met before any withdrawal can be processed:

• Your account KYC (identity verification) must be complete. Upload your valid CNIC and one proof of address document via the Verification section of your o999 account.
• Any active bonus funds must be wagered to the required level or declined before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold of Rs 500.
• Your account must not be under any active investigation or restriction flag.

Standard withdrawal processing times on o999 are under 10 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and up to 2 hours for IBFT bank transfers. The maximum single withdrawal is Rs 500,000. Requests exceeding this amount will be processed in instalments at o999's discretion.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses and promotional offers available on o999 are governed by these general Terms plus any specific bonus terms published on the Promotions page. Where specific bonus terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific bonus terms take precedence for that promotion.

General bonus rules applicable to all o999 promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement. The standard requirement is 10x the bonus amount, though specific promotions may carry different requirements — always check the individual promotion page.
• Bonus funds must be wagered within 7 days of credit unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Unused bonuses expire automatically at this deadline.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and can only be used on o999 products. They cannot be transferred to another player or exchanged for cash directly.
• o999 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus from an account at any time if it determines the offer was claimed through abuse, manipulation, or in breach of these Terms.
• Players may hold only one active promotional bonus at a time on o999, unless a specific promotion explicitly permits otherwise.
• The Welcome Bonus is available to new registrations only. One Welcome Bonus per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method.

Refer a Friend commissions are governed by the terms published on the Refer a Friend page. Referral commissions paid in cash carry no wagering requirement and are withdrawable immediately.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on o999 are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific rules are published in the betting section of the Platform and should be read alongside these general terms.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once o999 has confirmed acceptance and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets shown as "pending" in your bet slip are not confirmed until explicitly accepted by the system.
• Odds Changes: In-play odds fluctuate continuously. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet — not the odds at the moment you initiated the bet slip. o999 recommends reviewing your bet slip carefully before confirming.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: The minimum bet across all markets on o999 is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event. Limits are visible on the bet slip at time of placement.
• Event Voidance: If an event is cancelled, postponed for more than 24 hours, or voided for any reason, all bets on that event will be settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned). Exceptions apply to bets on markets that have already been conclusively determined at the time of voidance.
• Obvious Errors: Where odds are published due to a system error or obvious human error — producing prices clearly outside market norms — o999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies even after apparent confirmation.
• Accumulator Rules: In an accumulator bet on o999, if one leg is void, that selection is removed and the accumulator pays out based on the remaining legs. If two or more legs void, the accumulator will be settled on the remaining valid selections at the reduced combined odds.

8 Casino & Slots

Casino and slot games on o999 are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) figures for each game are published in the game's information panel within o999's platform.

The following specific rules apply to casino and slot play on o999:

• Games may not be paused or interrupted once a spin or round has commenced. If your connection drops during a round, the result is determined by the game server and will be reflected when you reconnect.
• In the event of a software malfunction causing an incomplete game round, the round is void and the stake is returned. Wins generated during a confirmed malfunction are void.
• Progressive jackpot wins on o999 are paid in PKR at the exchange rate applicable at the time of win if the jackpot pool is denominated in another currency. The converted PKR amount is final.
• Bonus funds may be used on slots and casino games unless the specific promotion restricts eligible games. Always check individual promotion terms on the Promotions page.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on o999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action where applicable:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit the o999 Welcome Bonus or any other promotion more than once;
• Self-referrals — using your own referral code under a different account to generate referral commissions;
• Collusion between players to manipulate the outcome or settlement of bets or casino games;
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with casino games on o999;
• Placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple accounts (arbitrage abuse) with the intent of guaranteeing a profit irrespective of the outcome;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using o999 for the purposes of money laundering;
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing o999 via VPN, proxy, or other tools to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

o999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• A breach of these Terms is detected or reasonably suspected;
• Identity verification documents are not provided within a reasonable period of request;
• A player's activity raises concerns under o999's responsible gaming obligations;
• A player requests voluntary self-exclusion or a cooling-off period;
• Regulatory requirements necessitate suspension pending investigation.

Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Processing times for such returns are up to 5 working days.

Players who wish to close their own o999 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support@o999.click. Voluntary closures for responsible gaming reasons are processed with priority.

11 Responsible Gaming

o999 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and enjoyable betting environment for all Pakistani players. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Increases to limits take 24 hours to apply. Decreases are immediate.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are comfortable losing in a given period. Once reached, o999 halts betting until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set alerts or hard limits on your daily playing time on o999.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic in-session notifications showing how long you have been playing and your net position for the session.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a break from o999 for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently. All products are suspended during exclusion with no exceptions.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

o999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on o999, you consent to the data practices described therein.

o999 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or these Terms.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on o999 — including but not limited to the o999 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, images, odds data, and game assets — is the intellectual property of o999 or its licensed suppliers. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from o999 without prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to access and use the o999 Platform for lawful personal betting and gaming purposes only. This licence terminates immediately upon account closure.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, o999's total liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your o999 account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

o999 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by your payment provider;
• Any action taken by you in reliance on odds, statistics, or information displayed on o999 that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence.

15 Amendments to Terms

o999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of o999 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page, with the effective date and version number displayed at the top. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of o999 shall be governed by applicable international gaming regulations under which o999 holds its operating licence. Players may raise disputes via the formal complaints process by contacting support@o999.click with the subject line "Formal Complaint".

o999 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to the player's satisfaction, escalation options will be communicated at that stage.
